1. About IW Nail Studio
These terms and conditions apply to all nail services provided by IW Nail Studio. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
We operate from a rented space and provide professional nail services. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.
2. Booking and Appointments
All bookings must be reviewed and confirmed by us before your appointment is secured.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you're running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We may need to shorten your service to avoid delays for other clients.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
3. Cancellations and Changes
You must give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in you being charged a cancellation fee or refused future bookings.
No-shows (not turning up without notice) may result in being refused future appointments.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the end of your appointment.
We accept card and cash payments.
Prices are clearly displayed and agreed before your service begins.
5. Health and Safety
Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns before your appointment begins.
If you have any concerns during your treatment, please let us know immediately.
We maintain high hygiene standards and expect clients to have clean hands for nail services.
6. Service Standards and Refunds
We take pride in our work and aim for your complete satisfaction.
Once a service is completed and you've left the premises, no refunds will be given.
If you have any concerns about your nails, please let us know before leaving so we can address them.
7. Your Information
We only collect information needed to manage your booking.
Your personal details are kept secure and are never shared with third parties.
We may contact you regarding your appointments or to inform you of availability.
8. General
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Photos of our work may be taken for portfolio purposes - please let us know if you prefer not to have photos taken.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always apply to new bookings.
